Ingredients:

  • 5 potatoes, peel and slice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 to 1/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. In a pan.Add the potatoes and cover with water.Let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.When done.Drain the excess water.
  2. In the pan add the butter and milk.Add the potatoes and than mash the potatoes.
  3. What ever you are having for a meal.Season with salt and pepper.
