Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes till tender
  2. Fry sausages and slice in 1/2 in. rounds, then in quarters
  3. Drain and mash with butter and milk
  4. Add cheesses, sausages bits, and mix well
  5. Beat eggs and blend into potatoe mixture.
  6. Add salt , pepper, and parsley
  7. Mixture should be smooth, if too thick add more milk
  8. Pour into greased casserole pan
  9. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes
