Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Oil large casserole dish.
  3. It's easier to work with the bread if it's somewhat frozen. Butter one side of each slice of bread and cut into bite sized chunks.
  4. Combine bread chunks, sausage pieces, and cheese in casserole dish.
  5. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt in separate bowl.
  6. Pour wet mixture over bread/sausages/cheese.
  7. Bake 15 minutes uncovered.
  8. Cover and bake another 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
  9. If you prefer the top not to be crunchy, then leave cover on entire baking time.
