Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft.
  2. Peel and mashed them with a folk or potato masher/ ricer.
  3. Add the butter, salt and chopped pepper, parsely, chives and garlic.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add the grated cheese and evaporated milk and mix well untill smooth.
  6. Make the topping by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
  7. Put the potato mix in a lightly greased 9X9 pyrex dish, top with breadcrumb anf cheese mix.
  8. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until top gets golden.
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
