  • 4 cups cauliflower
  • 1/8 cup milk, nonfat
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil or steam cauliflower. Mash with potato masher. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
