Marinated Tuna Salad and Baked Potato

Ingredients:

  • 130 g tuna
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Finely dice onion and garlic.
  2. Mix in bowl with drained tuna, vinegar and oil.
  3. Leave to marinate in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve on a baked potato, seasoned with black pepper.
