Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix oil,soy sauce, ginger& garlic powder.
  2. Place meat in a large plastic bag or in marinade type pan with lid.
  3. Add marinade.
  4. Refridgerate 2 to 8 hours,Turning bag occasionally.
  5. Remove steak from bag.
  6. Pat dry.
  7. Broil or grill steaks 20 to 30 minutes for medium doneness, Turning once.
