Marinated Portobello with Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Position rack 4 inches from heat source.
  3. Lightly coat a glass baking disk with cooping spray.
  4. Place mushrooms in dish, stemless side up.
  5. In a smal bowl, whisk together vinegar, brown sugar, and spices.
  6. Pour mixture over mushrooms.
  7. Set aside for 5-10 minutes to marinate.
  8. Broil mushrooms, turning once until they are tender - about 4 minutes each side.
  9. Place 1/2 of cheese on each mushrom and continue to broil until cheese melts.
