Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together cucumbers and pimientos.
  2. In another bowl, combine veg. oil, vinegar and salt.
  3. Pour oil/vinegar mixture over cucumbers; refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. To serve, drain oil and vinegar from cucumbers and pimientos.
  5. Pour sour cream over cucumbers and pimientos.
  6. Toss gently.
  7. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
