Quickie Marinated Cucumbers

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 medium cucumbers , cut into 1/8-inch slices

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the hot water, sugar, and italian dressing. Add the cucumbers and onions. Mix well, cover, and chill for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
