Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small onion

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice cucumber and onion and place in a bowl with all ingredients.
  2. Chill for 2 hours for best taste.
