Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  2. Beat eggs until light.
  3. Mix in wet ingredients.
  4. Sift and add dry ingredients to wet.
  5. Pour into greased muffin tins.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.
