Maple-Pecan Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves

Directions:

  1. Preheat the over to 450°F.
  2. Mix ingredients together the syrup, soy sauce, horseradish and ginger.
  3. Place the salmon, skin side down, in a greased, shallow baking pan.
  4. Pour glaze over fish and top with pecan halves.
  5. Bake for 15- 17 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
