Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb canadian bacon, cut in 1/4 inch slices
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In ungreased small shallow baking dish, overlap bacon slices slightly.
  3. Drizzle syrup on slices.
  4. Bake uncovered until bacon is hot, about 35 minutes.
