Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large skillet.
  2. Brown chicken in butter.
  3. Mix together maple syrup, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and water to make sauce. Adjust maple syrup to reach desired sweetness. You want enough sauce to be able to pour over chicken and let it simmer. Let sauce reduce by about 1/3.
  4. Serve chicken with sauce poured over top, or on the side as a dipping condiment.
