Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in honey, mustard and curry. Remove from heat.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in mixture and place in a 13 inch X 9 inch baking dish.
  3. Pour remaining sauce over chicken.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  5. Should be slightly brown. If not, turn up heat for a few minutes to brown.
