Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups white rice
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 large mango diced

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and place in covered casserole.
  2. Bake at 325 for 1 hour then uncover and place back in oven for 30 minutes longer.
