Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Sautee onions, mushrooms, & garlic.
  3. Add meat to onion/mushroom/garlic mixture.
  4. Add can mushroom soup.
  5. Simmer 20 minutes. While meat mixture is simmering, begin cooking rice according to package instructions. Any rice (white, brown, wild, etc.) may be used.
  6. Mix in sour cream.
  7. Simmer until heated through.
  8. Serve meat mixture over rice.
