Malt Liquor Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz of old english malt liquor
  • 2 lbs chicken
  • 2 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken in half of the old english over night.
  2. Heat grill to high.
  3. Combine salt pepper sugar.
  4. Rub into chicken.
  5. Place on half full can.
  6. Paint with oil.
  7. Set on grill.
  8. Cook chicken through untill no pink comes out when pierced.
  9. Take off grill
  10. Cool eat.
