Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine Wet Ingredients
  2. Cream shortening and sugar.
  3. Add vanilla and egg.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients
  5. In separate bowl, mix together flour with next 5 ingredients.
  6. Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture until just moistened.
  7. Add apples and cream, folding gently.
  8. Add cheese, folding gently.
  9. Fill greased muffin tins.
  10. Bake 350*F for 20-25 minutes.
  11. Enjoy!
