Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the fish pieces in a shallow bowl or baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the marinade ingredients (garlic through sesame oil), and pour over the fish.
  3. Marinate for 20-30 minutes at room temperature, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator- no more than 4 hours, or the fish will get mushy.
  4. Rinse the rice very thoroughly in a strainer, then place in the rice bowl.
  5. Add the water, and stir to combine. Place the fish pieces on top of the rice, then add any remaining marinade.
  6. Set the machine for the regular cycle.
  7. When it switches to 'keep warm', let it sit for 5 minutes, then serve immediately.
