Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

  • macaroni (1lb bag)
  • ham (1/2lb)
  • canned jalapenos (about 6)
  • 1 can of corn
  • mayo (about 5 full spoons)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Cook the macaroni as instructed in package
  2. Cut the ham in small squares
  3. Cut the Jalapenos in small pieces
  4. After the macaroni is done drain it (do not wash with cold/hot water)
  5. Put it in a bowl add the mayo, pepper and salt mix it good
  6. Add the ham and jalapenos, also pour in some of the juice from the jalapenos mix good (don’t pour in too much juice, only enough to give it a good spicy taste.)
  7. Add the corn and mix again.
