  1. After the macaroni is cooked, while it is still hot, and has been drained, drizzle with oil and vinegar.
  2. Add onion pepper, and cheese.
  3. Toss with peas, ham and celery.
  4. Stir in mayo.
  5. Serve on lettuce if you prefer.
