Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients except shrimp.
  2. Toss 2 tbsp dressing with shrimp.
  3. Chill 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat broiler.
  5. Broil shrimp 1 1/2 minutes per side, until opaque.
  6. Toss cooked shrimp with remaining dressing and 1 Tbsp red pepper.
  7. Cool.
  8. Serve with cucumber slices.
