Low Fat Tomato Fettuccine

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Keep warm. Set aside.
  2. Fry bacon until crisp, drain.
  3. Chop onions and tomatoes.
  4. Snip parsley.
  5. Heat olive oil in large pan...(or stir fry pan)
  6. When oil is hot, add garlic. and cook 30 seconds.
  7. Add onion cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Add rest of ingredients and seasonings and cook for 3 or 4 minutes, stir until heated.
  9. Remove from heat and serve over pasta.
  10. Grate fresh parmesean over all and be generous!!
  11. Enjoy.
