Low Fat Creamy Artichoke And Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In heavy skillet bring artichoke hearts, spinach, onion, broth and garlic to boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat then cover and simmer 12 minutes stirring several times until artichokes are tender.
  3. Drain in a strainer then process in a food processor or blender until almost smooth.
  4. Scrape into a small bowl then partially cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until cold.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
  6. Chill and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
