Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut meal
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Spread into oiled 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
