I needed a heavier flatbread to serve marinara sauce on instead of noodles.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup coconut meal
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup cream
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Spread into oiled 9x13 inch pan.
3. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
