Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Blend ricotta and cream cheese.
  2. Gradually add cream & mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Add sugar, almond, and salt while still beating.
  4. Pour in to 4 serving dishes.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit.
