Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small carrot
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup pot cheese (or farmer cheese, ricotta or even cottage cheese, drained)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder

Directions:

  1. Process all. Chill. OR..
  2. Chop first 4 ingredients very fine.
  3. Combine with remaining ingredients.
