Linguine With Creamy Spinach and Ham Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw spinach in microwave.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add ham and cook over medium high heat, stirring frequently until lightly browned.
  3. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add creamed spinach and whisk in ricotta. Cook, stirring, until sauce is heated through, 2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  5. Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta. Drain and transfer to a serving dish.
  6. Pour sauce over pasta and serve.
