Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • popsicle mold or tiny paper cups and toothpicks

Directions:

  1. Boil water in the microwave - about 4 minutes
  2. Drop 1 berry into each mold
  3. Pour boiling water on gelatin and mix according to directions (about 2 minutes to dissolve all the gelatin)
  4. DO NOT ADD COLD WATER OR ICE CUBES! (If you do your pops will seperate in the freezer and be half yummy and half watered down)
  5. Pour gelatin into your molds (you'll have a lil bit left over - just toss it in the fridge for a single serving treat!)
  6. Clip on tops (you'll have to pull them out of the freezer once partially frozen to add toothpicks if you're going this route!)
  7. Stow in the freezer for a couple hours til nice and firm
  8. Run hot water over the bottoms of the mold to get your pops out
