Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Beat egg until fluffy.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix only until smooth.
  3. Makes 8 (4 inch) pancakes.
  4. Really good and healthy!
