Ingredients:

  • 100 ml milk

Directions:

  1. Peel the banana.
  2. (make your own fresh orange juice if you don't have any or you don't believe in bottled fresh orange juice :P).
  3. Put everything together.
  4. Blend for about 20 seconds (until it's smooth).
  5. Pour.
  6. Enjoy!
