Libbie's Oatmeal Coconut Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lard
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Form into balls.
  3. Flatten balls.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.
