Lettuce With Port Wein Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 100 g cress
  • 150 g bacon
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinager
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp port wein
  • 1 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Tear lettuce in chunks.
  2. Cut bacon in cubes and fry.
  3. Mix vinager, oil, wine and milk. Add chopped onion.
  4. Mix with the salad.
  5. Add cress on top.
