Directions:

  1. Put lentils, bullion cubes, and water into a soup pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 25 minutes.
  2. Add to the pot remaining ingredients and let cook for 25 minutes or until vegetables or tender.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
