Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Boil the lentils in water for about 25 minutes or until soft.
  2. Put the cooked lentils and the rest of the ingredients in the food processor and process until pretty smooth.
