Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix broth, rice and garlic in saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat.
  3. Cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes until liquid is absorbed,.
  4. Add lemon zest, dill and butter.
