Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. ) Preheat oven to 375*F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. ) Rinse tilapia fillets under cool water; pat dry with paper towel.
  3. ) Place tilapia in dish. Pour lemon juice, then butter on fillets. Sprinkle with with garlic, parsley, and pepper.
  4. ) Bake about 30 minutes until fish is white and flakes.
