Directions:

  1. In bowl, dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water
  2. Add vinegar and onion
  3. Refrigerate until syrupy
  4. Beat in remaining ingredients
  5. Pour into 6 individual molds OR pour into an 8 inch square glass dish
  6. Refrigerate until firm
  7. Unmold on greens and top with a small dollop of mayonnaise
  8. May garnish with a little piece of pimiento
