Directions:

  1. Tear Romaine into small pieces. Place in salad bowl and add turkey, red onion, walnuts and mandarin oranges and toss. In a large jar combine the manerine juice, vinegar, poppy seeds, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously to mix well. Pour over salad. Toss well to coat all greens. Serve immediately.
