Lebanese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crush garlic into a paste with salt. Add Lemon and Mint. Mix well. Combine in jar with oil and shake.
  2. Toss vegetables together and chill. Dress with Lemon, oil and garlic. Top with Olives and Mint before serving. Note: If doing ahead, do not add tomatoes until ready to serve.
