  1. Cook turkey until it is no longer pink
  2. Add onion and cook until onion is tender
  3. Stir in ketchup, salt, mustard, liquid smoke and vinegar
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a 3 quart casserole, stir in meat mixture.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
