Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  3. Add corn and salsa; mix well.
  4. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
  5. Mix cottage cheese and sour cream.
  6. Layer 2 cups of the chips, 1/2 of the meat mixture, 3/4 cup of the Cheddar cheese and 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture in 2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Repeat layers of chips, meat mixture and cottage cheese mixture.
  8. Bake 35 minutes.
  9. Insert remaining chips around edge of casserole; top with remaining 3/4 cup cheddar cheese.
  10. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
