Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup tang orange crystals
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix flour, drink mix, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl; set aside.
  3. Beat egg, milk and oil in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will still be lumpy.).
  4. Spoon evenly into 12 greased medium muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  5. Bake 15 minute or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
