Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Turn on oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix dry and wet ingredients.
  3. Pour into round cake pan (butter pan first).
  4. Mix extra cinnamon and sugar together in bowl and pour on top of batter.
  5. Put in the oven for 5 (five) minutes.
  6. Turn the oven down to 325 degrees and cook for another 15 minutes.
