Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender to mix.
  2. Enjoy this on tossed salad or over Chinese cabbage!
