Onion and Mustard Spinach Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup canola oil

Directions:

  1. Cut onion into large chunks and place in blender with remaining ingredients. Blend well.
  2. I usually use this on a salad made with baby spinach, hard bolied eggs, bacon bits, mushrooms, and a bag of stuffing mix.
