Lamb Marinade With Garlic and Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil

Directions:

  1. Combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar and spices in a zip lock bag.
  2. Add lamb and marinate up to 3 days.
  3. Preheat grill and cook lamb until done to preference.
